This full time role will see you providing assistance to your Store Manager with operational functions including Sales Performance, Staffing and Expense Management as well as working as part of a team to achieve your store?s sales goals. The role includes the requirement to provide weekly cover for the Store Manager on their days off, and some interaction with the District Manager on matters including Employee Relations, Logistics, Product Management and Marketing Promotions.
