We have a fantastic opportunity at our Highpoint store, for a full time Assistant Manager! This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your current sales and leadership skills within a fun and dynamic team environment. At Foot Locker we really believe in developing our people, and we will provide you with the training and management skills you need to succeed in a retail career.

 

To be considered for this position, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A passion for Sales, Customer Service and Foot Locker product.
  • A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results.
  • The desire to assist with leading and developing your store team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills, as well as the confidence to engage with customers and fellow team members.
  • Exceptional organisational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to control shrinkage.
  • The ability to follow and effectively convey to your team the company?s policies, procedures, and standards (including Health and Safety).
  • The ability to follow directions from your Store Manager and positively work as a team.

 

Preferred candidates will have had:

 

  • Previous experience working in the sales retail/fashion industry.
  • Previously held a 3IC/2IC position, or similar experience leading a team.
  • A track record of consistently achieving above budget sales and profit results.

As weekends, late nights, and holidays can be some of our busiest trading times, this role will require you to work some of these shifts.
