About the role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and dynamic Culture and People Partner within the BWS NSW/ACT portfolio. Our Culture and People Partners are required to translate the business needs into effective people practices that positively drive overall performance. The role will work with key stakeholders and leaders as an integral part of the business as well as partnering with the functional teams.
In this role, you will
Partner with leaders and take accountability for the effective delivery of People activity.
Build effective talent pipelines through supporting Leaders to identify talent , developing workforce plans, developing talent and succession plans.
Build leadership capability across the talent pipeline leveraging available programs. Influence program development and coach Leaders and support alignment to the Leadership profile.
Partner with Leaders to develop engagement initiatives with a commercial mindset and passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
Provide actionable insights to Leaders on trends in People data and provide support and coaching to act on employee data
Contribute and provide input into the development of the business unit People Strategy
Design and implement tailored plans to drive implementation of the business unit People Strategy, diagnose issues and provide lessons learned and People expertise where required
• Previous experience in a strategic business partner role
• Experience partnering in a fast paced organisation within a retail/FMCG environment
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading organisations through large scale change and transformation
• Strategic and creative thinker coupled with strong commercial acumen
