Australian Retail Management Services Pty Limited (ARMS) has teamed up with Samsung to open and manage a number of new stores in Australia. We currently have a Casual Customer Service & Sales opportunity available in our flagship store located in Melbourne.
As the face of Samsung, you will:
Maximise on sales opportunities across the entire Samsung product range
Provide telecommunication solutions based sales to meet customer needs
Ensure store compliance including contract administration, stock control and store cleanliness
Ensure all customers receive an inspiring and engaging Samsung experience, that is consistent with the brand values
What are we looking for?
Proven ability to meet, exceed and smash sales targets and KPIs!
An engaging, energetic sales consultant who will demonstrate the use of Samsung products
Passion for the Samsung brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience
A fun and focused attitude to work making your store a vibrant and exhilarating place to be
Exceptional communication skills. You will be able to turn technical jargon into everyday language
Flexibility to work a 7 day roster (including weekends and late night trade)
Previous Customer Service experience in a retail or sales environment,
