RACV Member Contact Centre (MCC) is a dynamic and action-packed environment; that prides itself on recognising and rewarding outstanding performance. An increase in call volumes sees us currently searching for our next team of reliable and committed superstars who are serious about their careers and want to work under some of the best managers in the business.    

Naturally driven to exceed sales targets and KPI’s, you will pride yourself on your exceptional customer service, first call resolution and ability to ask the ‘right’ questions. Your enthusiasm and commitment to enhance the member experience will be demonstrated through all of your interactions with both new and existing members. As a customer service professional, confidence, excellent communication and thorough upselling and cross selling techniques will be second nature to you. You will grasp the role quickly, with the comprehensive training RACV provides and be naturally savvy and quick when navigating through multiple computer systems. 

Hours of work:

  • Requirement to work only one weekend of a five week flexi roster
  • MCC operates between 7am-11pm - Monday to Sunday
